Mondays 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the pavilion across from the Kapaa fire station. On bike path. Park at north end of gravel parking lot between Kapaa town and the paved Kealia overlook. If that pavilion is unavailable, we move to the next one, by the fish taco truck, across from the bypass road. If raining, we cancel.
